PROMO MECHANICS

1. DURATION. The promo period is from October 1 - December 31, 2021.

2. ELIGIBILITY. All eligible participants must fulfill the following criteria: 

   • Must be Philippine citizen or permanent resident of the Philippines;

   • Must be legal age of 18 years old and above;

   • Must not be an employee of Nutri Chunks Pawmily, or any of its related partners for this contest, their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, and any other parties, Ad/Creatives Agency, PR, and Media Agencies, who are directly involved in organizing, promoting or conducting the program.

3. PROCEDURE. 

   • PARTICIPATING STORES. Buy from any authorized dealer in the Greater Manila Area (GMA) and Rizal.

   • PURCHASE REQUIREMENT. Customers who purchased at least 3 (three) kg of any Nutri Chunks products are entitled to have 1 (one) raffle voucher. 

   • REGISTRATION. Scan the QR code on the issued voucher to proceed to the e-registration form. Customers should accomplish the form and provide all the necessary information such as but not limited to:

     • Customer’s Full Name

     • Contact Number

     • Address

     • E-mail Address

   • SUBMIT ENTRY. After successful registration, customers may now submit their unique 6-digit alpha-numeric code on the voucher issued. An automated message will appear after the successful submission of the entry.
